
That is tough. I would say it’s a tossup between Pilates and cardio circuits. I love Pilates because it is relaxing and challenging. You also see and feel the results pretty quickly. Cardio is great because there are some days when you need a good sweat. Challenging, yes depending on the workout, but it’s fun and stress relieving. I love doing Gilad cardio workouts that I find on YouTube or one of the DVDs I purchased on Ebay. Does anyone else still purchase or do workout DVDs??
