Bake Away the Blues: Easy Fudge Brownies

Easy Fudge Brownies

Makes one pan. Should be 9 squares

Ingredients:

  • 10 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 1/4 Cups Sugar
  • 3/4 Cup Baking Cocoa
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour

Step 1: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F

Step 2: Grease an 8×8 square baking pan. I used a baking nonstick spray. Set aside.

Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, blend sugar, cocoa and salt. Mix well.

Step 4: Next stir in vanilla extract. Then beat in the eggs, one at a time. About 2 minutes. Batter should be nice and smooth.

Step 5: Add half of the flour and whisk mixture. Then add the rest of the flour and beat until smooth.

Step 6: Spread batter onto greased pan

Step 7: Bake for approximately 30 minutes. Keep an eye on your brownies. Yours’s could take a few more minutes. To check if they are ready, insert a toothpick and if it comes out clean it is ready!
