
I tend to lose myself in a workout. Granted, I haven’t been working out as much as I would like nowadays but I’m always in the zone when I am working out. I also lose myself when I am listening to music out loud when I’m cleaning or in a pair of really good headphones. I play video games and depending on the game, I do lose myself. Also, a really good book. There really is no better feeling than getting fully absorbed in a good book.
