K-pop group KARD is releasing there final album as a group. The new album, Where to Now? Part 2 will be released on July 28, 2026. After a series of successful mini albums, this would be there first full-length album since there debut in 2017. The four-member co-ed group is known for there high energy dance songs, usually taking inspiration from Hip-hop and Latin music. Aside from there unique sound, they have carved thier own lane by being one of the only popular mixed gender group in the past decade.

They have proven with their international following that the lineup change can prove to be successful. Just look at the success of AllDay Project. KARD has managed to stay tight knit throughout all these years and have consistently delivered well executed concepts. The chemistry between the members is undeniable and one of the many keys to their success.

Members Somin, Jiwoo and J. Seph have gone on to release there very first solo EPs earlier this year while B.M. made his acting debut in the 2nd season of ‘Beef’ on Netflix. The solo activities of each member this year hinted to a possible disbandment, but definitely something the fans didn’t want to consider. All things considered, they have been together for almost a decade. It is understandable that they want to put focus on other personal endeavors. A disbandment doesn’t necessarily mean there will be no more KARD, as BM mentioned in a live stream on IG that they can still collab with each other.

I am saddened by this news but excited for what’s to come for all the members.
